A return or refund may be considered if a container has a significant defect or does not materially match the specifications agreed at the time of purchase.
If you identify an issue with your container, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs, a description of the issue, and any other relevant information. We may request an inspection of the container before determining whether a return or refund is appropriate.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Custom-built, modified, converted, or specially configured containers are generally not eligible for return or refund, except where the issue is confirmed to result from a manufacturing defect, workmanship problem, supplier error, or failure to meet the agreed specifications.
Normal signs of handling, minor cosmetic imperfections, surface marks, or other characteristics consistent with the agreed condition of the container will not normally constitute grounds for a refund.
Delivery costs and arrangements depend on factors including the container size and type, delivery location, site conditions, accessibility, and the equipment required for unloading and positioning.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the delivery location is suitable, safe, and accessible for the vehicle and equipment required to deliver the container, including Hiab trucks, cranes, or other lifting equipment.
Where a delivery cannot be completed or is delayed due to restricted access, unsuitable roads, insufficient space, unsafe conditions, site preparation issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, additional transportation, waiting, or related charges may apply.
Customers should ensure that the delivery site is fully prepared and accessible before the agreed delivery date.
If a return is approved, transportation and collection costs may apply depending on the circumstances.
Where the return is necessary because of a confirmed significant defect, supplier error, or material failure to comply with the agreed specifications, return transportation costs will generally not be charged to the customer.
